Pricing: per seat vs flat rate

This is the starkest difference between the two tools. Jasper's Pro plan starts at $59 per seat per month (billed annually) or $69 month-to-month. Add a second team member and you're paying $138/month before you've produced a single post. For teams larger than 5 people, Business pricing applies - and that's custom (read: expensive).

My verdict

Jasper is a legitimate enterprise AI writing tool and I have a lot of respect for what it does. If I were running a marketing team producing blog posts, email campaigns, and ad copy at scale, it would be on my shortlist.

But I built Scribe Spark because Jasper - and tools like it - don't solve the social media problem. They solve the writing problem. You still need to take that writing, find a visual for it, format it for Instagram, write the hashtags, and publish it somewhere. That's three or four more steps, and often three or four more tools.

At $69 per seat, Jasper also prices out the people who need it most - solo creators and small teams who are doing everything themselves. Scribe Spark's flat-rate model is deliberate: you shouldn't pay more just because you added a collaborator.
