Overview#

The Media Library is your central hub for managing all visual assets in Scribe Spark. It provides organized storage, AI-powered image generation, and efficient management of images, videos, and other media files used across your projects.

From uploading and organizing media to generating custom images with AI, the Media Library streamlines your content creation workflow and ensures all assets are easily accessible.

Library Organization & Structure#

Project-Based Organization

Media files are organized by project, making it easy to find relevant assets for specific campaigns or initiatives. Each project has its own media library with organization wide storage space.

Folder Structure

  • Project specific folders: Media associated with specific projects are stored in project specific folders.
  • Generated Media: AI-created images and graphics are stored in the generated folder.
  • Uploaded: Personal media files uploaded by team members are stored in the uploads folder.
