At Scribe Spark, we respect your right to control your data. This guide explains how to delete your data from our platform, whether you want to remove specific projects, your entire organization, or your personal account.

All data deletion operations are permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important content before proceeding with deletion.

Deleting a Single Project

If you want to remove a specific project and all its associated data:

1. Log in to your Scribe Spark account: Navigate to the Scribe Spark platform
2. Select your project: Choose the project you want to delete from the project list
3. Access project settings: Click on the project settings or options menu
4. Navigate to Danger Zone: Scroll down to find the "Danger Zone" section
5. Click Delete Project: Confirm your action to permanently remove the project

Deleting Your Entire Organization

If you want to remove your organization and all projects within it:

1. Log in to your Scribe Spark account: Access the platform with your credentials
2. Go to Organization settings: Navigate to your organization management page
3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone: Find the critical actions section at the bottom
4. Click Delete Organization: Select the deletion option to permanently remove all associated data
5. Confirm deletion: Review the warning and confirm your decision

What Data is Deleted

When you delete your organization, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• All Projects: Every project within the organization and their content
• Content & Media: All generated content, uploaded images, and media files
• Integrations: Social media connections and platform integrations
• Tokens & Analytics: Token usage history and analytics data
• Meta Platform Data: All Facebook/Instagram tokens, insights, messages, and related data
• Team Information: Team member associations and role assignments

Deleting Your Personal Account

If you want to permanently delete your Scribe Spark account and all personal information:

1. Log in to your account: Access Scribe Spark with your credentials
2. Click on the Account button: Find this in the sidebar navigation
3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone: Locate the account deletion section
4. Choose Delete Account: Select this option to remove your login and personal information
5. Confirm your decision: Review the consequences and confirm deletion

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Login Credentials: Your email and authentication information will be removed
• Personal Information: Profile data and account settings will be deleted
• Access Revoked: You will no longer be able to log in to Scribe Spark
• Organization Membership: Your membership in any organizations will be removed

Facebook & Instagram Data

When you delete your organization or disconnect social media integrations, all Meta platform data is permanently removed from our systems. This includes:

• Access Tokens: Facebook and Instagram API access tokens
• Page Data: Connected page information and settings
• Insights: Analytics and performance metrics from Meta platforms
• Messages: Any message data retrieved from Meta platforms
• Media: Posts and media synchronized from Facebook/Instagram

Scribe Spark does not retain any Meta platform data after organization deletion or integration disconnection. The deletion is immediate and comprehensive.
